Ok, it was sonder. Someone pointed out that it’s a neologism which kind of bums me out. I mean how has nobody up to this point thought of giving the opposite (arguably?) of solipsism a name?
What’s the word for thinking about how other people are complex and whole beings completely separate from yourself? That they exist and operate their lives independently and are full of hopes and dreams you’ll never really know what they’re thinking or feeling?
I swear I saw it recently and it’s driving me crazy.
A fan film based on the limited series comic book “Fray” created by Joss Whedon.
Hey guys, please check out this Kickstarter!! Some very wonderful people are trying to fund a fan film based on the comic book “Fray” created by Joss Whedon. For those of you not familiar, Fray is a comic series that takes place in the Buffy-verse hundreds of years after Sunnydale and if you haven’t read it go to your local comic book store and buy/order/beg for it! I promise it’s worth it.
Please, please watch the video and consider donating. This is a chance to get another piece of the Buffy-verse on screen created by people who truly love it and want to do it justice. Not to mention the chance to see a movie with a complex and well-rounded (and kick-ass) female lead!
I’ve also been asked to contribute a special Melaka Fray t-shirt design in line with my Strong Female Character series that wont be available anywhere else as an incentive item!
